Understand that no one can live fully without knowing God's true Word. It's useful in your daily life, as it teaches you how to lead a life full of use and sense that is pleasing to our Father. We at The Collective believe that the Bible is our life source. Through God's Word, we are shaped and moulded into the men and women of God, our Father has destined us to be.
Worship is not music, worship is not a song.. worship is not something that can be confound to one small thing. It is our connection with god. Music, dance, art, drama, to name a few, are expressions of our worship to God. Our God deserves all the glory, all the praise, and all of our worship for the investment He makes in our lives each and every single day.
Motivated by a passion to see people get connected with Jesus and plugged into a community where discipleship can happen. We've been called to make DISCIPLES. Discipleship happens through relationship! The programs that we offer help support discipleship, but it is our leaders who disciple, not the programs! We pursue and act in a way that cultivates a culture of discipleship.
I serve as one of the Student Pastors here at the church. I am often asked the question, ‘What are you most passionate about?’, and aside from the obvious (Hockey & Food), I am truly passionate about seeing young people live in alignment to the purpose that God has for their lives. I consider it such a blessing to play a part on the team here at Kennedy Road Tabernacle, and am honoured to serve under our Senior Pastors (and my parents), Jamie & Michelle Stewart.
Serving as the worship leader at The Collective has been an honour! My passion is to use music to connect powerfully with teens, college students and adults and lead them into the Presence of God. Worship is a lifestyle! I serve alongside a rad team who also have a passion to lead individuals in worship. This shall forever remain true — our God deserves all the glory, all the praise, and all of our worship for the investment he makes in our lives each and every single day.
I serve as the Media Director at Kennedy Road Tabernacle. I love seeing youth and young adults excel in their faith and walks with God that just simply captivates me. My vision for the media ministry is this: "To train grow, and produce enlightened media to visually communicate the most important message there has ever been and will be. We will enhance our worship; be an instrument for services; be a large support for discipleship; and serve ministry. We will be clear, concise, and simple. And do so in a beautifully and unforgettable way."
